Oftentimes, the negative side effects from medications can deter parents from medicating their child. I offer unique, alternative, and research-backed solutions. I teach these strategies in one-on-one tutoring to improve focus and confidence.

I work with students and working professionals to take their "big picture" goals and break them down into smaller steps using research-based tools. Accountability, study tips, and resources are also offered through this session.

As an elementary teacher, I have worked with young students for years.  I specialize in assessing, monitoring, and improving reading scores in one-on-one sessions.  Studies have shown that successful reading supports growth in all other academic areas.
